How can I determine whether you are the right officiant for my ceremony?

It is very important to me, as it is to you, to ensure we are a good fit for one another. So we'll start with a no-cost, no-obligation initial meeting. If possible, we'll meet in person (which is definitely preferable!). Otherwise we can connect over Skype or the telephone. During this session, we will get to know each other. You will have the chance to ask me any questions you might have, and I will find out all about you, your story, and the type of ceremony you envision. Then we can mutually decide whether to proceed together. I will provide an engagement letter and a fee quote, and we will secure your date(s).

How are you different from other officiants? 

I am trained in the art of creating and delivering ceremony. When you work with me, you and your loved ones will have a truly unique experience that reflects who you are and honors the specific dynamics of your occasion. I enjoy working with people of diverse backgrounds, cultures, faiths (or no faith tradition), philosophies and beliefs. I support marriage equality. I will come to the setting of your choice. How much do your services cost?

Because every person, couple, family, situation and event is unique, I am unable to quote costs until we have the initial meeting and I learn more about you and your wishes. Once I understand your expectations and desires, I will be able to calcuate a fee for your ceremony. Please understand that I am not the lowest cost officiant you will find. Rather, I endeavor to provide the highest level of personalized, meaningful ceremony delivered in a heartfelt, professional manner. It will not be a perfect fit for everyone.

Where do you perform ceremonies?

I am based in a western burb of Denver, Colorado, and work largely in the Denver Metro, Front Range, and mountains at the venue of your choosing. I am also happy to consider traveling out-of-state or to destination weddings! Travel time and expenses are always factored in to my fees.
